It gives me goosebumps to even write it. I have a smile that’s hard to get rid of. I think, mainly, because I was so, so disappointed in 2004 when Bush won the presidency and the house and Senate remained in “their” control.
Thanks for waking up, America. Now the Democrats need to wake up and make sure these next two critical years are empowering ones. If the party screws up, badly, it will mean their doom and this country will spiral further into corruption, scandal and being hated around the world with the freak-o NeoCon Republicans in control. The Democrats have been given a chance by the American people, but they should not take chances with their new power. Nail Bush as much and as often as possible! 
In more pressing matters - James and I now have our transportation around Europe 96% figured out. Now we just have to arrange getting from Benelux back to London. It will most likely be on the Eurostar Train, but I’m hoping to find a better deal.
